These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the company BHMM26 and any customer (hereinafter "the Customer") in connection with the sale, delivery and maintenance of products marketed under the Valdor Mobilités brand, in particular:
electric tricycles and vehicles,
associated accessories
spare parts,
and maintenance or support services.
Any order placed implies the Client's full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Products & availability
The products offered for sale are those presented on the website www.valdor-mobilites.com or in Valdor Mobilités commercial materials.
Each product description outlines the main features, price, and conditions of use.
Valdor Mobilités reserves the right to modify its catalogue, offers or prices at any time, without notice.
Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding, but accurately illustrate the products offered.
Orders
Orders can be placed:
directly on the website,
by signing a quote sent by email,
or by any other means agreed between the parties.
Any order is considered final only after written validation by Valdor Mobilités and receipt of the agreed payment or deposit.
The company reserves the right to refuse any order that is abnormal, incomplete or made in bad faith.
Prices & Payments
The prices shown are expressed in euros, including all taxes (TTC).
They include standard delivery in mainland France, unless otherwise stated.
The accepted payment methods are:
bank transfer,
bank card,
or any other means expressly agreed with Valdor Mobilités.
The preparation and delivery of the order is contingent upon full payment of the price or the payment of a deposit.
Any delay in payment will automatically result in the application of penalties calculated in accordance with Article L.441-10 of the Commercial Code.
Delivery
Delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary depending on product or carrier availability.
Valdor Mobilités undertakes to inform the Client of any change in deadline.
The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of the product to the Customer or the designated carrier.
Any anomaly or damage observed during delivery must be reported immediately and confirmed in writing within 48 hours.
Approval & Compliance
All Valdor vehicles are delivered with a European Certificate of Conformity (COC) and a CNIT number, guaranteeing their compliance with current European legislation.
Depending on the model, the vehicle can be registered for road use or used only on private land, at the customer's choice.
Valdor tricycles are approved in category L2e-U, equivalent to a 50cc.
No permit is required for people born before January 1, 1988, and an AM permit (formerly BSR) is required for others
After-Sales Service
Valdor Mobilités products benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and a guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
A 2-year commercial parts and labor warranty applies to all vehicles, starting from the date of delivery.
After-sales service (ASS) covers:
routine maintenance,
the replacement of original parts,
and the control of electrical and hydraulic systems.
All requests for support must be sent to info@valdor-mobilites.com, accompanied by the serial number and the invoice.
Maintenance & Servicing
The proper functioning of the vehicle depends on regular maintenance, carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Valdor Mobilités offers several maintenance packages (Performance, Privilege and Durability), designed to ensure complete monitoring and preserve the longevity of the vehicle.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
Products must be returned in their original condition and unused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Responsibility
Valdor Mobilités cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance or unauthorized modification of the vehicle.
In any event, the company's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Personal data
The information collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
They are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete by contacting: info@valdor-mobilites.com.
Intellectual property
All elements of the website www.valdor-mobilites.com , including texts, visuals and logos, are the exclusive property of BHMM26.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Applicable rights & disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Nantes, unless otherwise provided by public policy.
