Preparation and quality control
Your vehicle is in perfect condition.
Before each shipment, our technical teams carry out a complete inspection of the vehicle.
Each three-wheeled vehicle is assembled, tested and checked according to more than 40 checkpoints: braking system, electrical wiring, battery, tires and chassis structure.
This step ensures that your model leaves our workshops in impeccable condition, conforming to the standards of Maison Valdor.
Order Process
1. Receiving your order
Once validated, your vehicle is registered in our logistics system.
Estimated delivery time: 24 to 48 hours after ordering.
2. Assembly and quality control
Our technicians carry out the complete assembly of the vehicle and perform more than 40 quality control checks: engine, battery, brakes, wiring harnesses, structure and finishes.
Average duration: 3 to 7 working days.
3. Assignment of chassis number and registration
Each vehicle receives its unique chassis number and certificate of conformity (COC).
If you wish to drive on public roads, we will take care of the official registration and issue the registration certificate (in this case, the vehicle is set for a maximum speed of 25 km/h).
Formalities: 2 to 3 working days.
4. Delivery organization
Once your vehicle is ready, we schedule delivery with a specialist carrier.
He will contact you directly to arrange an appointment according to your availability.
Average delivery time: 3 to 7 business days.
5. Warranty Receipt and Activation
On the day of delivery, you check your vehicle and sign the delivery receipt.
We then register your tricycle in our warranty system and activate your digital maintenance log.
Immediate activation upon receipt.
